  • Forum – The best option to discuss general questions that may be useful for most customers.
  • If necessary we can discuss your case via Skype. The conversation’s time should be arranged only on working hours and specified beforehand via Helpdesk. Minor pre-sale questions can be answered in twitter/facebook

Working hours:

Support services are provided from 8am to 4pm GMT Monday through Friday.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays and cannot process support on these days. Holidays and working day shifts are announced in our news and through official Twitter.
